A dressing table, often referred to as a vanity table, is a piece of furniture with a flat surface and frequently drawers or other storage, used to keep a person's toiletries and cosmetics. Currently, dressing tables are typically seen in bedrooms, though they can also occasionally be found in two distinct rooms of the house. A dressing table's original use was to assist women with getting dressed. Many dressing tables have three or more mirrors so the user can see themselves from the front, side, and rear. The best piece of furniture for storing jewellery, cosmetics, and other items is the wardrobe design with dressing table. Better still is vanity furniture with a mirror.
